Turning dilapidated properties into attractive modern apartments has multiple benefits for the community. It improves the overall appearance of the neighbourhood and helps to reduce crime, whilst also providing additional residential rental properties, which are well designed and maintained.

The refurbishment work (in partnership with Hull College and local contractors) provided high quality construction training and apprenticeship opportunities. It also offered useful work experience placements for people accessing Probe’s employment projects – to enhance CVs and provide a recent work reference.
